EVENTS FROM "BEFORE" TO "AFTER"

Activities before the conference:

  • Introductory course of group-reflexive meta-technology based on the materials of the monograph "Formation of a reflexive management system in organizations" (M. I. Naydonov, 6 hours)

  • Introduction to technology representative reflection. Small intensive course about the place of reflection in different scales (person, small, medium and large groups ): awareness of participants with tools of t he representative reflection (Lyubov Naydonova L. A., 6 hours)

  • Representative reflection on the understanding of indicators of accumulation of competences for different levels of qualifications (M. I. Naydonov, 6 hours)

Conference program

The program of speeches at the plenary sessions will be formed by the organizing committee on the basis of the submitted texts.

Activities after the conference:

  • Innovative development symposium (reflective training practicum) "We create a "strong result" - a prototype of the future social contract" TBC

PUBLICATIONS

According to the results of the conference, an electronic collection of abstracts will be published, which will be posted on the official websites of the organizing institutions and electronic libraries and repositories, and will be popularized in social networks. The publication of abstracts in the electronic collection is free of charge, in the author's editions. 

Authors' articles may be published after the conference at their request in professional publications of the organizing institutions, registration, review procedures and payment - according to the requirements of the journals). 

Authors who submit papers to the conference, but are not interested in interacting with journals, may be published in the conference proceedings after its conclusion.
