THE PURPOSE OF THE CONFERENCE IN BASIC CONCEPTS
Since the definitions of concepts in the field of reflection have significant differences in different fields, a basic initial version of the interpretation of the main meaning-making units of the conference name is proposed for establishing an effective mutual understanding. This part presents the initial vision of the role of reflection in solving modern problems and predicting future challenges, and from this point of view, the task of the conference would be specified.
Idea and direction.
The name of the conference is a professional and metaphorical expression of the need of representatives of various fields and, in particular, psychologists, to determine the uncertainty of the state of personal and professional image of the world caused by the war.
This is a proposal for the formation of a joint discourse to remove ourselves (subjects of various scales) from the logic imposed on us by the circumstances of the war.
By subjects of various scales, we mean individual persons, professional fields and communities, local communities and society as a whole. All these subjects are invited to focus joint efforts on the task of intensifying the personal and group way of achieving victory and the further post-war struggle for the restoration of the quality of life.
Today we are immersed in the sense of need and the objective necessity of returning life to peace, but our ways are limited now by the struggle. Then, after the hot phase of the war is over, our consciousness and self-awareness will be limited by the equally pressing need for restoration. It is possible, in our opinion, not to feel the way of world perception imposed on us by the enemy (a sense of victimhood and suffering) only by determining the uncertainty through the intensification of personal and group activity and reflection, the intensification of the processes of awareness and agreement.
The idea of the conference through the conceptual constructs of the parts of its name.
The conference is planned as periodic, that is, it is designed to cover a certain time period with its subject matter - the time of war and post-war reconstruction. This poses the task of potential coverage in the title (theme) of the conference of the problem field of this period with the presence in it at the same time of constants and dynamics, the coexistence of stable (permanent, homogeneous) and changing (different, heterogeneous).
The solution to this task is a two-component construct, in which the unifying component is "constructive reflection of confrontation and cooperation", the variable (relevant for today) is "psychological risks and resources of war".
Constructive reflection of confrontation and cooperation -
marks the period of war and recovery, when the challenge prompts both individuals, institutions, and society to feel responsible for the need to ensure the highest productivity of labour as a way to return to peace.
Therefore, we use the concept of constructive reflection both in the narrow sense of the word and as a slogan that denotes the professional and social value of concentration on the goal of preventing the enemy from achieving his goal - weakening us in labour productivity, as a result of which European integration and a high standard of living will turn into an illusory goal.
Constructive reflection, as a special term in a narrow sense, denotes a higher level of integrity of intellectual effort (design , goal setting, and creation of ways to realize the idea in reality). This interpretation is confirmed by many studies in various fields and especially in psychology and tools for the intensification of group and individual reflective processes. The Department of Psychology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of DUIT expresses its interest both in the presentation of this psychological point of view on constructive reflection, and in a more substantive familiarization with the view of representatives of other branches of science and practice, in particular, reflective management in education, reflective management in the economy, etc. In a metaphorical sense, we propose to consider constructive reflection as an idea-impulse-problematization, which can act as a prototype of a part of the future social contract, the model of which will be created as part of the post-conference events.
When analysing the public discourse, we ascertain a certain gap between the working of the war and the working of peace after the war. But expectations of the next (after the war) challenges increase the feeling of uncertainty. We remind you of the inexorability of competition in the global world, which cannot help but sober us up regarding the hopes of a good and happy life without an already created project and a way to respond to challenges. We need to reflect that in the pre-war period we did not pay enough attention to the awareness of the reality of the confrontation. In particular, arguments like "we didn't want to scare people" can hardly be considered adequate to the educational framework of qualifications, which is based on providing people with skills that correspond to readiness for life, including in uncertainty. And in relation to the post-war period, the country's resources are human, economic, etc. - will be impoverished and exhausted by the war. An example of a comprehensive depletion of resources during war can be the changes that have taken place with language as a powerful resource of national (civic) identification (and therefore resistance to aggression), where there is an obvious increase in the specific weight of swearing. Despite the fact that swearing plays an important role in the intensification of the thought process, being among the structural indicators of discursive thinking, it is not a widespread implementation of the mechanism and due to the presence of social undesirability of such manifestations for layers with existing linguistic self-discipline, and due to the possibility of performing the same function with the help of others words Now, this technique of intensification involves a wide range of social media users and members of the general language environment, including professorial intellectuals and children's audiences. The restoration of the language resource in the post-war period, when the general degree of stressful situations will decrease, can be achieved not by sanctions and bans on cursing, but in a constructive way - by introducing higher reflective discursive forms through the use of the latest technologies of information dissemination and influence, which will allow society to avoid stress from the necessity to work out the dilemma in the mind - "to accept or not to accept prohibitions".
In the future, the periodical part of the name will correspond to other current challenges, and the understanding of the limits of confrontation and cooperation - the effectiveness of the functioning of the Ukrainian social contract as a contract of a political nation.
Assignment of name components
Reflection is a category that has both a broad and a narrow (branch) interpretation, is a working category of philosophy, psychology, literature, journalism, etc. Reflection is also used as a study of public opinion and presentation of the results of its study. This corresponds to the need of many psychologists to combine resources of an interdisciplinary nature and the possibility of appeals to the widest possible audience.
In a narrow sense, the term is used in the psychology of reflection, where constructive reflection is considered as a higher level of integrity in the cycle of reflection - intellectual reflection. Specializes in detaching not only from the direct perception of the problem, but also from the experience of the problem through the generated method, which at the moment of awareness indicates the way to solve the problem. Group- reflection provides all orientations of a person's reflection both in a personal and generic sense for awareness in a repeated ascent from the zero (merged with the picture of the world) level of integrity of the reflection to the third, on which the picture of the world reflects not only the position of the subject, which is not identical perceived reality, but also a method of creating a picture of the world.
